Within this major downtown high-rise, Meyer & Meyer was hired to produce both private office space renovations and tenant fit-out spaces for the building’s developers. Modern space planning and finishes keep the environment vibrant and updated. Coordination of building standards within the tenant spaces was critical. Renovation of public toilet room spaces and elevator lobbies was included in the scope.
