Meyer & Meyer was responsible for an award-winning master plan for this 35-acre office park in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The firm was also commissioned to design two of the Class ‘A’ office buildings, ranging in size from 90,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet. Both buildings feature multilevel atrium lobbies open to the tenant spaces that provide light to the interior core. Each building was planned to maximize the efficiency of tenant layouts and operating systems. The buildings are of steel frame construction with composite floor and roof systems. The major materials are granite panel systems, high-grade pre-cast concrete panels, and curtain wall glazing. The project was the recipient of a National BOMA Award for Best Suburban Office Park.  Within the same office park, Meyer & Meyer also worked in association with Tsoi-Kobus on Buildings 4 and 5.
