Meyer & Meyer’s plan to renovate this landmark condominium in Boston’s Back Bay called for the removal of the 1950s-era entrance as well as for construction of new main entrances, steps, and code-compliant ramps and lift. The project scope included comprehensive condominium documents occupying half of a city block, entry hall and lobby renovation, twelve office condominiums, and full condo documentation of the five-story, 213-space parking garage. The project was designed in keeping with the building’s original character and required careful coordination with numerous design-review boards and agencies. The building serves commercial businesses such as law offices and medical facilities.
