For this historic wood-frame structure, the Town of Topsfield required a Space Needs and Interior Renovation Study. Detailed estimates were prepared for complete restoration including roof, doors, windows, HVAC system, and ADA compliance.

In addition, the Town Hall underwent extensive exterior restoration, including window replacement, roof repair, and gutter replacement.
