West Newbury Civic Center
Working closely with the West Newbury Building Committee and Council on Aging, the team created one contiguous "Civic Center." This was achieved by adding an historically sensitive addition to the side of the 1910 building, offering an accessible entry central to the expanded parking, Senior Housing, Town Offices, and a future Community Center. This scheme also preserved the historic approach to the building from the main street, and eliminated the need for ramped access.
