Manhattan Loft
Two units in a Greenwich Village loft building were combined to create a single 4,600 square foot private residence in Manhattan. The design takes full advantage of the unit’s corner exposure and large expanses of traditional windows. The floor plan is organized around a series of anteroom spaces arranged as cross-axial corridors. These galleries provide long vistas throughout the space, defining the primary circulation paths as a sequence of formal spaces. Asian-inspired materials create a calming, spa-like interior.
